How to Create a Stamp photo and Passport photo size in Photoshop CC 2019?
Stamp size photo is a photo which is of size as similar to a stamp .
Stamp Size : (2cm x 2.5 cm) Passport Size (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm)
resolution of 300.
Import your image into Photoshop by going to File - Open and then selecting your file
Select Image - Image size. Make sure you image is at 2x2.5 centimeter and at a resolution of 300.
Press CTRL+A to select all of the image and press CTRL+C to copy the image.
Adjust the Canvas Size to 6in width by 4in height to print on 4x6 photo paper. Then click on the block below to shift the first photo.
Click Ok.
Press CTRL+V to paste the copy of the photo.

How to use Clone Stamp Tool (S) and Pattern Stamp Tool (S) in Photoshop CC 2019?
clone stamp tool (S):
To use the clone stamp tool, hold down Option/Alt key and click to select a source point to clone from. Release the Option/Alt key and move the cursor over to the point that you wish to clone to, and click or drag with the mouse.
Pattern Stamp Tool(S):
Pattern Stamp Tool is a very useful tool while making designs. You can use it to give interesting textures and backgrounds to your image. This tool allows you to create your own pattern stamps. You can fill pattern in your image using this tool.

How to Create and modify Brush Setting(F) in Photoshop CC 2019?
1). You can create a variety of paint brushes for pictures.
2). You choose a brush tip that is unique from an existing preset brush, brush tip shape or part of the image.
3). Choose options from the Brush Settings panel to specify how the paint is used.
Brush Settings panel:
The Brush Settings panel lets you modify existing brushes and design new custom brushes. The Brush Settings panel contains the brush tip options that determine how paint is applied to an image. The brush stroke preview at the bottom of the panel shows how paint strokes look with the current brush options.
Choose Window - Brush Settings (F5), click the panel button on the left side of the options bar.
Select an option set on the left side of the panel. The available options for the set appear on the right side of the panel.
Delete one of these newly created brush sets by tapping the brush set to select it, then tapping it again and hitting Delete.
Your imported brushes should now appear.
Tap and hold on each brush, then drag and drop them one by one into the other new brush set you created.

How Do i use Color Replacement Tool and Mixer Brush Tool in Photoshop CC...
Color Replacement Tool and Mixer Brush Tool are both capable of creating a similar color. We will see more about these later.
Color Replacement tool:
1). The Color Replacement tool in Photoshop CC 2019 allows you to colorize by replacing original color of an image with the foreground color.
2).You can use this tool in a variety of ways.
3). Create the look of a hand-painted photo by colorizing a gray scale image. And although Photoshop has a bona fide Red Eye tool, you can use the Color Replacement tool to easily paint away red-eye.
Mixer Brush tool:
1). The Mixer Brush tool in Photoshop CC 2019 takes painting one notch higher toward achieving a more realistic, natural media look to the brush strokes.
2). This tool allows you to blend colors and vary your wetness within a single brush stroke.
3). The Mixer Brush tool uses two paint wells a reservoir that deposits color on the canvas and a pickup that receives, picks up color from the canvas.
4). This is a great tool to try if you want to paint over a photo to make it look more painterly but don’t want to apply a filter.

Choose the foreground color.
Choose brushes.
Set tool options for mode, opacity and more in the options bar.
Click and drag the image to paint.
To draw a straight line, click on the starting point of the image. Then press Shift and click one end point.
When using the brush tool as an airbrush, hold down the mouse button without dragging to create color.
Thus we can apply paint and layer mask with brush tool.

How To Create Passport Size Photo in Photoshop CC 2019?
We know how to make a passport photo.
We need to select the passport photo and then put it in the crop tool and crop the width 3.5 cm Height 4.5 cm Resolution 300.
Ctrl + A - Select.
Ctrl + C - Copy
Ctrl + V - To Paste
width: 6 Inches Height: 4 Resolution: 300 New Document should be taken with this size.
8 Passport photo can be taken.
