1). Tools - Over scroll and Zoom with Scroll Wheel
2). Preferences - History States - 1000
3). Units & Rulers - Print Resolution : 300 Pixels/Inch and Screen Resolution : 72 Pixels/Inch

How to Make a Collage in Photoshop CC 2019?

1). First we need to create a new document and then take the size of the document.
2). The selected image should be brought in Photoshop. You can press Control + A to select the surrounding photo.
3). Place the image in the rectangle created by the rectangular marquee tool. "Ctrl+C-Copy, Ctrl+V-Paste"
4). Similarly, we need to place the image in the four rectangles we designed.
